yo guys today we're doing a 24 hour
the challenge which surprisingly I haven't
done before I was pretty sure I did but
I only did like a 48-hour one so as you
already know we're gonna be drop
shipping with Shopify and yeah so
without further ado let's go straight
into the video all right guys so I'm not
gonna be timing like 24 hours from this
moment because
that would be pretty stupid because we
have to order ads and that's gonna take
like two or three days
so wouldn't really make any sense and
while we wait for the ads to be approved
and stuff I can take a few hours so the
the challenge would make zero sense so
what I'm gonna be doing is getting
everything ready finding the product
setting up the ads everything like that
and then we have 24 hours from when the
ads start running to the end of the day
and then we're going to analyze what
happened and we'll see if that product
worth pursuing
if there's anything we can improve and
stuff like that so let's get started
okay so first of all
we need a product so let's go do some
product research the website we're going
to be using as always is drop a spy
so how do you do product research on
drop a spy well it's
super simple it's not easy it's super
simple so click on this filter
The last team winning products wait for it
to load and then we just have to start
scrolling we just need to keep scrolling
and scrolling and scrolling maybe you
get lucky and you find the product
instantly
who knows but it could take up hours
literally, so it's just discipline like
being able to sit down and scroll for a
few hours and see if you can find
something good what we're looking for is
a decent margin
like 20 or more hopefully something
that's already selling uh we're looking
for like the
30 to 60 dollar selling price and yeah
so that's pretty much it any niche
anything like that so yeah that's pretty
much it I'm just gonna start scrolling
now and I'll update you guys once I find
something you know this is gonna
seem very fast for you but it's probably
gonna take a while for me so when you
guys are doing it yourself
be ready to like to sit down and do it for
a few hours but yeah

okay guys so this looks interesting um i
ran into an ad for
this thing it's called the foot
cleaner and it's got 22k
likes 6.1k comments 6.1k shares and when
we click on shop now
um this is what the site looks like so
the site looks decent but it could be a
a lot better so we can definitely improve
on this a lot there's way too much text
here and I feel like
these like headlines are not the best at
all and yeah I feel like we can improve
a lot
it's something for like 30 dollars so if
we can find a decent margin then I think
this is definitely worth the test all
right so for the supplier we're gonna be
using go dropshipping.com it's pretty
much like express but it's got
faster shipping times it's got almost
any product you can find I think I read
somewhere that they have like 300 000
different products so you can pretty
much find
anything the price is also often cheaper
and stuff yeah let's try searching for
like fee, I'm not sure how they would do
the keywords for this product so
let's see if we can find it alright
there it is I just found a pink version
but we need a blue one so let's see if
we can find the blue one
I'm just gonna keep scrolling and all
right there it is I just found it it's a
dollar sixty-two which is super cheap
and we're selling it for like 30. um we
do need to factor in like shipping cost
which is uh
six dollars and let's see how fast it is
all right so nine to 23 days
which is pretty decent I've also managed
to find it on aliexpress
and it would be like eight dollars the
shipping time is way slower so that's
why I like using go drop shipping and
they also do quality control with every
order so you don't have to worry about
refunds pretty much they've also got
some really good customer support
whenever I needed help
they really like to respond quickly and
they always resolve my issues so if you
guys never use them before give them a
go I'll have a link in the description
and yeah now that we have the product
we're gonna need some ads so as always
we're going to top-notch ads all right
so here we are on top-notch ads we're
going to be going for the split testing
a package so let's just go for the split
tester and let's just add at the car
let's proceed to check out I'm just
going to quickly check out all right so
I just checked out now we just need to
wait like one to three days
to get the ads and then we can set up
the Facebook ads yeah in the meantime
I'm gonna set up the site and I'll show
you guys what it looks like

so it's been a few days since we got the ads
delivered I built the store
and everything's ready for us to launch
the ads so let me just show you guys
what I've made and the ads that we got
and then we'll just set up the ads and
see how it goes so first of all here's
the store
it's a very very simple design it's the
beautify theme which is the best theme
out there if you guys are not already
using it just get it it's free
it's fast-loading it's very clean
looking and it's very effective so what
I've done is just did the home page
very basic so I just have a photo
here and feature the product
then just the footer and that's
literally, it no wasting time on the
homepage because no one really goes
there
and then for the product description so
here we go I call the product spotless
fee it's a decent name and then we have
cleaner
in seconds then we have a gift no more
foot order an
athlete's foot and then we have a gift
not the best looking so I might remove
that as well and make a better one
um introducing the solution massage and
wash your feet
another gift then some features stuff
like that a bit of more description
and then a call to action and then we
have some reviews which I'm probably
gonna have to change a few of them and
then the footers so
yeah that's it for the site I've also
made all the standards like
faq shop now refunds blah blah blah it's
not too important but you know
you want to have them on your site i
think it's good enough for us to get
some sales and then if the product
starts working well I'm probably going
to optimize it a bit more but I didn't
want to waste too much time on it so
yeah pretty much just
the beautify and the product page and
that's it and if you want to get the

that's it when it comes to the site when
it comes to the ads here's what we got
from top-notch ads
as I said I got the split testing
a package so we got four creatives and
they should be playing out on the screen
right now
I think they look pretty good so we'll
be testing them out right now and if any

campaign

campaign name I'm just going to do the
product name so

for the budget, we're going to be doing
10 a day for the locations we're just
going to be
doing the united states and the other
top four so let's do Canada
Australia united kingdom and new Zealand

for the interests, I'm gonna leave it
abroad I'm not gonna touch the age
because we don't know who's gonna be
buying we're just gonna see that after
we've gotten some sales
so for the genders also gonna keep
abroad we just still don't know who's
gonna be buying the detailed targeting
expansion I'm gonna leave it on
and then for the detailed targeting, I'm
not really sure what to target so let's
just start with like
foot yeah so foot 131 million very very
big interest let's just stick to that
and then
we could exclude drop shipping and
Shopify there we go
so we're going to leave the placements
automatic it doesn't really matter if
you do automatic or manual it's not like
a make or break thing it's a really
minor impact
and everything else we're going to leave

creative I just like titling that it
doesn't really matter you can put
something that
makes you think of the specific creative

uploading the first video for the
the primary text we're just going to do
something very simple so stops slipping
and bending down to clean your feet um

seconds hassle-free a lot of feats there
but I think it's good enough the

the ads run for like 24 hours
and from there we'll see how it went
we'll see if the products worth pursuing
and if so what I'm gonna be doing with
it so

two days later and I'm back
so it's been like two days since you
guys last saw me and
the results are in so let's just check
they out as I've been running for
more than 24 hours now but I'm gonna be
showing you only the first 24 hours here
we are in the ads
so let's see the CPM is 1406 which is
pretty low um
it's a pretty decent CPM to have
targeting the top five and
all the assets have a pretty similar CPM
foot and tv have a bit
of a lower one but it's pretty good
overall I'm pretty happy with the CPM
the average view duration
are eight seconds which is very good for
uh Facebook ads
and uh the ctr is 366 which is very very
good um
the CPC also incredible 40 cents
so that's what top-notch ads creatives
do and we've had
13 at the carts 12 checkouts and four
purchases tracked now we'll see if
that's true
very soon and we've spent a total of
seventy dollars almost 69.07
so all the ads pretty much spent ten
dollars here we are in Shopify
so we've got five orders for 163 dollars
and 35 cents which bring our average
order value to like 32.60 70
something like that and we had five
orders one person bought an upsell which
was just like the same product
at a discount and a few of them use like
a 10 discount code so so a pretty good
first day
almost 200 and if we go into the profit
loss sheet we can see that we've had 33
dollars and 37 cents in profit for the
first day
which is not bad at all for the first day
it's actually pretty good to be
profitable
like in the first place 33 is not the
most money
but it's decent you know it's not bad at
all ideally we have a bit of a higher
profit but
you know it is what it is I'm pretty
happy with how it is uh right now I'd
love to show you guys how the
the product does but it is only a 24 hour
the challenge so we're gonna have to end it
off there but my future plans for it are
just to like keep testing different
interests see if something works if it
does like scale it etc so yeah
pretty standard stuff I'm also probably
gonna optimize the product page a bit
and stuff like that and just to let you
